How to setup Auto Send Emails for a Template?

1.  You can choose to send an email automatically as soon as a project or inspection is complete

2.  To set up auto send emails, click on “Template” and then select Inspection Settings

3. Select email template settings tab

 4.  In the “To email” you can add the “Location email list” which will automatically pull all the email addresses that are mapped to the specific location


5.  You can add the same tag to the “CC email” field so when the email list is pulled, all the CC emails that are mapped to this location will also be assigned when sending out this template

5.  Now in the “Subject” line, you can use different tags to create a subject line. In this case, we’ve created Audit results for the location name which automatically enters the location name where the inspection was performed, and the score for the inspection

6.  The next is the message body. You can enter the different types of tags that are available. The executive summary will pull the entire summary of the report

7.  You can choose the different tags from the ones mentioned below


8.  Once you have your To & CC, Subject & Template ready, you can click on "Save"

9.  The next time the inspection is performed, an email will be sent out to all the email addresses that are mapped to the location in the created format
