How do you add a new site?

1.  Sites are locations to your stores or warehouses that are stored in the system

2.  To add a new site, click on Administration from the top menu bar.


3. Then click on the “Sites” widget

4. i) If you have multiple sites, you can use the "Upload Sites" 

4. ii) If you wish to add a single site, use the " Add a new site" widget

How to add an individual site?

5. Click on Add a new site 

6. Enter the required details like "Site Name", “Country”, "Postal Code", “State", “City” and the “Location Address”

7. Other Fields like “ZIpcode” "Location Number", "Location Code", "To"& "CC" are not mandatory

8 Adding email address in To & CC to each location ensures that  reports are automatically sent to members when an inspection is submitted.

9. Select the time zone of the site added

10.  Once all the mandatory fields are filled, click on “Locate on Map”, this will automatically capture the Geo Coordinates of that site 

11.  Once done, click “Submit"

How to add Multiple locations using a File upload ?

12. Now if you have multiple locations, you can choose to upload a location file instead. 

13Click “Upload sites” and download the “File format”.

14. Now the file looks something like this. It has the PIN code, the address line 1, the contact number, the location number, the location code, and the To and CC emails. 

15. Add the locations in the format and upload this file on Pulse
