1. One of the common requirements in a checklists is to add a conditional/logic question in the checklist
2. As an example we have created 3 questions regarding air conditioning
Q1. The first one is if the air conditioner is working
Q2. The second is when was the AC last serviced.
Q3. The third is what is the model of the air conditioner.
3. Now if we want to make the second question conditional based on the answer given to the first question.
4. To do so, click on “Edit” and then click on “Make this question conditional”.
5. Now you can choose the question and then choose when you want the question to appear. This will ensure that the question appears as soon as the answer for the previous question is marked as per the setting done by you.
6. Once you have set the conditions, click on "Save". This will ensure that all your conditions have been saved and will reflect when the users fills the form.
