How to create a Template on Pulse?

1.  Templates allow you to create questions that you can assign to individual inspections.

2.  To create a template click on Template from the top menu bar and then hit the “ Create Template “ widget

3. On clicking the “ create Template” widget a pop - up box will appear asking you to give your template a name

4.  Enter a name for the template and click “Add”

5.  On the next page , you can create individual sections and bucket your question under them,you can add an optional description for this section and click “Create”.

6.  To add questions to individual sections, click “Create question” and enter the question.

7. Now click on any section to add questions. For each question you can choose from the question type options available.

8. In addition you can do the following things while creating a question. 

a) Give scores for questions.

b) Enforce an image attachment 

c) Enforce a comment 

9.  You can add multiple questions to your Template

10. Once all your questions have been added click on "Save". This will ensure that all your changes have been saved successfully
