1. A better and more efficient way to create templates for your projects is by uploading a template file.
2. To create checklists from a file, click on “Templates” from the top menu bar and then click “Upload template”
3. Click the “File format” button which lets you download the File Format.
4. The format looks something like this
5. Now there are a few columns in this sheet
i) Question Title : This is where you enter your question
ii) Hint Text : This is where the optional hint text can be added
iii) Question Type : This is where you add the type of Question There are different question types and all of these question types have a code in the "Help" Tab.
iv) Section Name : You can add questions to different sections by adding the section name
v) Question Choice count. : This is the count of options available for each question
vi) Option Choice : These have the options along with the scoring for each question
6. Once you have added all questions in the format, save the file and upload it to on Pulse
