1. Pulse offers multiple question types for template creation
2. Once you have given your Template a name and a section name, you can start creating questions with different question Type
3. To view all the question type, click on "create question”. On clicking the dropdown you will be able to see all the question types available
i. Long Text - The long text allows the auditor to enter a longer block of text
ii. Short Text - The short text allows the auditor to enter a shorter block of text
iii. Number - This question type ensures that the auditor can only enter a number in the input and no characters are entered
iv. Yes & No - This question allows you to create a Yes & No type question without having to type Yes & No
v. Yes, No & NA - The only difference here is the addition of an NA Option to Yes & No
vi. Multiple Choice - With multiple-choice questions, the auditor can only choose one answer at a time and cannot select multiple answers. Multiple choice question type allows you to create custom question choices
vii. Checkbox - Checkbox are similar to multiple choices, but the only difference being that checkboxes allow the auditor to select multiple answers
viii. Upload - The upload question type allows the auditor to upload an image from their device
ix. Date - This question type allows the auditor to select a date by using the calendar.
x. Time - This question allows the auditor can choose the hours and the minutes when the audit was performed or for any other reason, depending on the question
xi. Signature - When the auditor is presented with this question, they're able to draw their signature on their mobile screens to sign off the audit
xii. Barcode - The Barcode question type allows the auditor to scan a barcode
xiii. QR Code - The QR code question types act in a similar manner to the barcode question type where it allows the auditor to scan the QR code
