To automate actions you have to do the settings on each question for which you want to automatically assign a action.
Go to the templates page
Click on the name of the template you want to automate actions for
You have to edit one question at a time for all the questions you want to automate actions for
Once you click on edit question option you will see a toggle for automating actions.
Turn that toggle on
