How to view Audit Progress for Scheduled template on Pulse App?

1. In this feature, you can get an understanding on how your Scheduled templates are performing. To view your progress you need to click on the “Progress Tracker”, located under Analytics

2. You can get your template overview with template Name , Pending Audit Count , Lapsed Audit Count and Days Remaining under Completion rate for scheduled templates.

3. To add filters of your choice click on the top right of your screen and select the required filters like start and end date, Template , City and Location

4. If you wish to view the progress of your individual project, you can click on the template name and see the progress in detail.

5. In detailed view you can see the progress of your individual templates in form of a Pie , Line and Bar Graph

6. The pie chart shows the overall progress of your scheduled template and have the following status

• Total No of inspections Scheduled

• Total days allowed

• Days Pending

• Start Date & End Date

• Lapsed and Completed status

7. The line graph shows how your template is performing on a daily basis

8. You can also track the city / region performance along with the audit status at each of your locations. There is also a audit date wise performance chart for your completed and lapsed templates

9. Below this chart, you can also view the Audit progress of your recently completed Inspections.
