How to Assign Actions on the Pulse App?

1. On Pulse you can Assign corrective actions to concerned members when an issue is reported, now we will see how we assign actions from the app


2. By clicking on the + icon located besides the camera option, user can create actions during the Inspections and escalate the issue to a specific department and team member




3. Each action can be given a Title / Description / Group and the Assignee. You can also give it a severity ranking along with a deadline.



4. The escalated action will be assigned to the user and they will receive an email notification informing them that the action has been assigned to them and requires their immediate attention


5. This is how an action can be raised immediately from the Pulse App
