How to view Progress Report for Open & Scheduled Projects

Audit Progress for Scheduled Projects

i) On this page, you can get an understanding on how your Scheduled projects are performing.

ii) To view your Audit progress you need to click on the Progress Tab

iii) You can get your Project overview in the form of a table with Project Name , Pending Audit Count , Lapsed Audit Count and Days Remaining under Completion rate for scheduled projects.

iv) You can also put filters of your choice  present at the left of your screen, you can select the start and end date, Checklist , Projects , City and Location

v) If you wish to view the progress of your individual project, you can click on the project name.

vi) Once you click on the project name you can view the progress of your individual project in form of a Pie , Line and Bar Graph

vii) The pie chart shows the overall progress of your scheduled project and have the following status 

• Total No of inspections Scheduled

• Total days allowed

• Days Pending

• Start Date & End Date

• Lapsed and Completed status

viii) The line graph shows how your project is performing on a daily basis

ix) You also get the city / region and audits conducted at each Location along with the audit date wise performance of your completed and lapsed projects

x) Along with the Completion rate for scheduled projects,  you can also view the Audit progress of your recently completed Inspections.

xi) To view the same you need to click on the “Recently completed Inspections” present below the Completion rate for scheduled projects table, and you can view the project name along with the completion as per the recent date and month.

Audit Progress for Open Projects

i) On this page, you can get an understanding on how your Open is performing.

ii) To view your Audit progress you need to click on the Progress Tab

iii) You can get your Project overview in the form of a table with Project Name , Total Audit Count , Audit Count of current day and Days remaining,  under Completion rate for open projects.

iv) You can also put filters of your choice  present at the left of your screen, you can select the start and end date, Checklist , Projects , City and Location

v) Just below the Completion rate for open projects, you can view a line graph which shows how your project is performing on a daily basis

vi) At the “Site Progress for Open Projects” you can view the city / region and audits conducted at each location along with the audit date wise performance of your completed projects.
