1. Scheduled Inspections are inspections which can be done any number of times in a day and at any time of the day
2. To view all Scheduled Inspections, you need to click on “Scheduled” located below “Inspections”
3. On clicking “Scheduled Inspections” you will see all the inspections that are assigned to you
4. Another way to view all Scheduled Inspections is by clicking on the menu located on the top left, and then click on the “Inspections” Tab
5. Here, you will notice subcategories showing you the different Inspections available. Click on “Scheduled Inspections”
6. For scheduled inspection you will see a calendar view showing you all the inspections as per the scheduled date and time
7. To start filling a scheduled inspection, click on the Inspection name and you will be taken to the initial page of that Inspection.
8. Once you complete answering all the questions in an inspection, the Submit Inspection” button will be visible, and on submission a PDF report will be generated and will also be visible on the dashboard
Note : You will not be able to fill an inspection which is outside the scheduled date and time.
