How to view the Performance of Scheduled Inspections?

1) Scheduled Inspections are a great way to keep your team updated on current checks that need to be performed. However there are times when these inspections can be missed and as a supervisor/manager it is important to identify how each of your projects are performing from time to time

2) We will now take a look on how you can view the status of scheduled, missed and completed inspections on the Web App

3) Once you have logged in click on the “Analytics” Tab

4) Click on Trends and click on the Scheduling Tab located on the Top menu bar

5) On this page you will be able to see a graphical representation of all scheduled projects and their status. 

6) For instance on this page we can see a project named "Quality Check"  has 26 missed inspections while 2 inspections are scheduled and pending to be completed

7) Now to understand which locations have missed completing the inspection, you can click on the bar chart which will further give you details about the locations where it was missed along with the count of missed inspections.

8) On scrolling further, you will also be able to see the Project’s status in a Tabular format.

9) There is also an option to export the data. Just click on the ‘Export To Excel’ button and you can get the export of all the fields that are visible in this table
