How to view the Performance of all questions in a checklist?

1.  To view the performance of all questions in a checklist, click on the “Analytics” Tab

2. Now click on “Checkpoint Analytics”. This dashboard will let you view the performance of all the questions in a checklist 

3) You will first need to select the checklist from the left side menu for which you want to evaluate the performance.

4) Once the checklist is selected and the date range is defined, you can then click on "Apply Filter".

5) You will now see the bar graph showing the  performance for individual questions pertaining to the selected checklist.

6) If you wish to see all the questions that have been marked No, you can unselect Yes & NA which is available above the bar graph and now all questions which have scored negative will show up on the page

7) You can also deep dive to check at which locations the question has performed negative by clicking on the bar graph

7) You can view the same data in the Tabular format  by clicking on the Table Icon. The Tabular chart will show you all questions along with a count and the compliance percent

8) If you wish to share this data with your team in excel, you can always take an export by clicking on “Get Export” Tab
